The WD-VFE10 flash evaporation film-forming device is compact in size and can be accessed through a large transition compartment in the glove box. The vacuum chamber of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, with an aluminum oxide treatment on the top cover, and equipped with a Φ 60mm observation window to observe the film formation process; Suitable for substrates within 100 * 100mm, with a maximum thickness of 15mm for sample placement. The instrument is controlled by a color touch screen, with a user-friendly interface and easy operation. It can be selected from fast draw or constant pressure mode according to needs.
